DCO organized `Human Rights; Barriers and Solutions` workshop on 13 January 2018. In the workshop Human rights conditions, educations and monitoring in Kurdistan Region were discussed. Member of the Iraqi Parliament Rezan Sekh Dier, Dr. Sherko Hamamin, Hakm Rzgar and many other qualified people participated in the workshop. Participants recommended that they should come together in many programs like this workshop, because Kurdistan needs meeting of effective people from different backgrounds to have dialogue with each other. At the end memorial photographs were taken.
