Our Values

Vision

Forming a bridge between Iraq and the world for applying love, dialogue, living together, and other universal values.

Mission

Bringing together bureaucrats, journalists, representatives from different cultures and religions, businessmen, and opinion leaders in order to form bridges of love, forgiveness, pluralism, dialogue, and empathy between Kurdistan and the world under the umbrella of respecting differences and universal values.

Objectives of DCO

DCO is inspired by the belief that individuals with different ethnic, cultural, religious, and linguistic backgrounds and legacies can exchange views on an open and respectful basis of mutual understanding and respect between them.

Promoting diverse perspectives within society and fostering mutual understanding and coexistence. Emphasizing that differences should not be seen as causes of conflict, but as strengths that enhance our capacity for unity.

DCO strives for an inclusive and vibrant society that serves everyone equally—regardless of race, status, or background—upholding human rights and embracing all individuals with dignity and respect.

DCO aims to create dialogue platforms that prevent the development of ethnic, religious, linguistic, and cultural divides, bringing people together under the shared identity of our common humanity.

DCO rejects ideologies and movements that resort to extremism or are rooted in divisive and harmful concepts.

DCO is committed to empowering women and ensuring their active participation in decision-making processes.

DCO works to reduce social injustice by fostering connections between young people and decision-makers.

Principles of DCO

We think that love, respect, dialogue, and solidarity between different religions, languages, ethnicities, fractions, and respecting human rights are only possible through cooperative work between NGOs.

Humanity is the core focus of our work and activities.

DCO believes that love, respect, dialogue, and solidarity among different religions, languages, ethnicities, and communities, as well as the respect for human rights, can only be achieved through collaborative efforts among NGOs.

DCO consistently supports positive actions and opposes any activities that contribute to disorder and chaos.

All forms of thought and activity are worthy of respect, provided they adhere to universal values and do not promote extremism.

DCO operates on the principle that power emerges from consensus, life from unity, and happiness from brotherhood.

Goals of DCO

We are working on four UN Goals (Quality Education, Women Empowerment, Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions) to impact society locally and internationally.

Our Team

Our team is working hard to improve society, and we consider it our duty to serve the community.
