World Radio Day is celebrated annually on February 13.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On this occasion, our team from the Dialogue and Culture Organization (DCO), in collaboration with the Kurdistan Journalists Syndicate \u2013 Sulaymaniyah Branch, visited several radio stations in the cultural capital, Sulaymaniyah. We honored the dedication and continuous efforts of those working in this vital medium of communication, to which the Kurdish nation owes a great deal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today, more than 150 licensed radio stations operate in the Kurdistan Region alone. We wish them all success and continued growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
